I cannot secure your desired date and time without payment. Cancellations: If you would like to reschedule your booking, please contact me at least 24 hours before your confirmed booking time. I will honour your deposit for a new booking date, provided the new appointment is scheduled within 21 days of the original booking. Deposits are non-refundable: Failure to contact me to discuss rescheduling will result in your deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will then be required to secure another booking. Refunds will not be provided if you cancel your booking, shorten the booked service time, or are unable to be serviced due lack of cleanliness, physical presence of abnormalities indicative of symptomatic STDI’s/STD’s, drug use, excessive alcohol consumption, or inappropriate conduct.
